Lead end-to-end delivery of manufacturing technology workstreams including SCADA (Ignition), HMI, MES (DELMIA Apriso), OT integration, and digital manufacturing applications within Managed Services.
Manage SLA, KPI, release governance, incident and change management for manufacturing tech in ITAR and non-ITAR regulated environments across distributed teams in India, US, and Poland.
Provide technical and strategic direction, capacity planning, coaching, and stakeholder communication to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement in manufacturing technology delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 15 years experience as a Manufacturing Domain SME with extensive shop-floor manufacturing exposure; Automotive manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
Proficiency in oral and written English mandatory.
Travel availability up to 20%.
