About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of manufacturing technology workstreams including SCADA (Ignition), HMI, MES (DELMIA Apriso), OT integration, and digital manufacturing applications within Managed Services.
- Manage SLA, KPI, release governance, incident and change management for manufacturing tech in ITAR and non-ITAR regulated environments across distributed teams in India, US, and Poland.
- Provide technical and strategic direction, capacity planning, coaching, and stakeholder communication to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement in manufacturing technology delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 15 years experience as a Manufacturing Domain SME with extensive shop-floor manufacturing exposure; Automotive manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
- Proficiency in oral and written English mandatory.
- Travel availability up to 20%.
