Senior Delivery Manager / Delivery Lead

Own end-to-end delivery of AI & Data programs, including agentic and generative AI solutions, for large enterprise clients (Fortune 500/100).

Manage delivery governance: planning, sprint cadence, risk/dependency management, resource utilization, and maintain delivery quality against scope and timeline commitments.

Lead and coach multiple teams/PODs, serve as senior delivery presence with technical credibility, and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, navigating multi-vendor environments.

10+ years total experience; minimum 5 years in delivery leadership within services or consulting.

Proven track record managing both large multi-team programs and multiple smaller concurrent engagements.

Strong hands-on knowledge of agentic and generative AI delivery, including evaluations, guardrails, human-in-the-loop models, and non-deterministic system challenges.

Experience with multi-agent AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen), cloud AI/data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and delivery of data platforms (e.g., lakehouse, Databricks, Snowflake).

Technically deep leader able to engage credibly on architecture and engineering trade-offs, not just process.

Experience delivering complex, production-grade AI solutions in large enterprises with sensitivity to enterprise security, compliance, and governance.

Senior player-coach comfortable owning portfolios and hands-on enough to earn team respect, skilled at setting realistic client expectations and managing scope confidently.
