Lead end-to-end technical projects/programs involving Oracle Cloud, integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications with accountability for scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Manage Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, metrics tracking (velocity, throughput, sprint completion), resource capacity, and productivity monitoring.
Establish and maintain project governance including KPIs, risk tracking, change management, RACI matrices, financial tracking, and provide executive stakeholder updates.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience in IT technical project/program management.
Experience managing Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ERP, or enterprise integration projects.
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and metrics (velocity, capacity, throughput, sprint completion, cycle time).
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders across complex enterprise IT programs.
Skilled in detailed resource planning, risk and change management, and delivery efficiency improvement within Agile frameworks.
Technically knowledgeable in APIs, cloud integration, middleware, and capable of driving integration projects involving communication/API platforms like Twilio.
