Lead end-to-end management of technology projects or releases with budgets ranging from $1MM to $5MM+, ensuring delivery on cost, schedule, scope, quality, and resource management.
Develop comprehensive project plans including vision, objectives, resource allocation, milestones, communication, testing, and quality reviews; provide regular status updates and risk management.
Collaborate across business partners, vendors, and teams to manage expectations, resolve critical issues, and conduct post-implementation reviews to measure project success.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years experience successfully delivering projects meeting business objectives within time, budget, and quality constraints.
Experience managing project plans, timelines, test plans, resources (including on-shore and off-shore), and budgets.
Work location requirement: In-office at least 3 days/week (hybrid model).

Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to deliver complex technology projects.
Experienced in handling project ambiguity and managing multiple stakeholders including senior executives.
Strong communication skills with experience in executive-level presentations and building collaborative relationships across levels.
