Senior Delivery Manager / Delivery Lead

Own end-to-end delivery and governance of large AI & Data programs or multiple smaller engagements for Fortune 500/100 clients, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality adherence.

Lead delivery of non-deterministic agentic and Generative AI solutions with emphasis on evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop validation to achieve reliable production readiness.

Manage and coach multi-disciplinary teams including POD leads and Forward Deployed Engineers, while maintaining senior stakeholder relationships and commercial risk oversight.

10+ years total experience with 5+ years in delivery leadership within services or consulting.

Hands-on delivery experience with agentic and Generative AI systems, including evaluations, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop processes.

Technical expertise in complex AI applications and credible experience with cloud AI/data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data platform delivery (lakehouse, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).

Experience delivering for large enterprise clients (Fortune 500/100) with knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and data governance requirements.

Proven ability to flex between running a single large multi-team program and multiple smaller parallel engagements simultaneously.

Senior delivery presence combining technical credibility with hands-on involvement to earn team respect and maintain client trust.

Strong stakeholder management skills to set realistic client expectations and manage scope, risks, and multi-vendor environments effectively.
