Build and operate resilient backend services and APIs with integrated LLM/prompt capabilities, ensuring guardrails, fallback paths, and auditability.
Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and retrieval methods (e.g., RAG) using frameworks like LangChain, connecting models to approved enterprise data sources.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, testing strategies, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business intent into scalable, auditable technical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year of hands-on software engineering experience delivering production systems.
Strong experience with backend services and APIs using Java and/or Python.
Familiarity with distributed systems, API design, cloud-native development (especially AWS), and CI/CD practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in integrating AI/LLM functionality into enterprise applications with proper governance and monitoring.
Skilled in vector search/embedding techniques and retrieval-enabled architectures (RAG).
Comfortable working in regulated or financial services environments with operational and security governance awareness.
