Own end-to-end execution of automotive engineering projects ensuring delivery against scope, cost, schedule, quality, and compliance requirements.
Manage delivery planning including milestones, risks, dependencies, staffing, and reporting for project teams of 20–60 engineers.
Coordinate across technical workstreams involving SDV, AUTOSAR, ECU software, HMI/telematics, diagnostics, and ensure process and quality governance including ASPICE and ISO standards compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12–16 years of software/embedded/product engineering delivery with at least 6 years in automotive embedded software delivery.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience managing teams of 20–60 engineers across development, integration, validation, and release cycles.
Strong knowledge and experience with AUTOSAR, SDV, ECU software, HMI/telematics, ASPICE, Functional Safety, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, and related automotive standards and quality processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced automotive delivery manager proficient in project governance, stakeholder communication, risk management, and multi-disciplinary team leadership.
Comfortable with managing large engineering teams working on complex automotive embedded software projects with cross-functional dependencies.
Knowledgeable of latest automotive technology trends and standards including cybersecurity, safety, electrification, ADAS, connected vehicles, and OTA processes facilitating delivery improvements.
