Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics with a proven track record of ML model building and deployment in real-world scenarios.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, ML, Data Science, Economics or related fields.
Mandatory skills: advanced Python programming for ML pipelines, intermediate to advanced SQL, experience with Git and at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks).
Expertise in multiple statistical and ML techniques (classification, regression, forecasting, recommendation, optimization) and Python OOP for standardized libraries.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading AI/ML projects end-to-end with operational ownership for production-ready solutions.
Strong collaborator able to integrate analytics into business workflows and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with scalable AI product development and mentorship roles, with an interest in continuous learning of emerging AI methodologies and tools.
