About This Role

Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM transformation programs covering Discovery through Hypercare phases.

Manage project governance including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communication.

Own project reporting, adoption of Power Platform, Copilot, Automation, and Agentic AI solutions, and drive execution across technical and business teams.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 10 years IT delivery/project management experience specifically with Dynamics 365 CRM.

Strong skills in project governance, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
