Own accurate mapping of payer/plan and HCP/provider records into governed DecodeRx hierarchies including resolving inconsistencies and conducting content research.
Lead data quality management efforts including validation, cleansing, enrichment, and establishing data governance policies and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize AI/ML-assisted mapping while maintaining human oversight and produce reviewer-ready mapping documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in payer analytics, formulary/claims data management, content mapping, or data governance.
At least 2 years of experience working with United States healthcare data.
Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Power BI, familiarity with payer/provider mapping, data quality, metadata management, and data governance concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong domain expertise in payer/plan and provider structures and rules governing hierarchies in US healthcare data.
Experience translating high-level tasks into improved, automated, and documented data management processes with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex mapping and data concepts clearly to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively across teams including mentoring peers.
