Core Operations, Senior Associate

Manage day-to-day cash operations activities including cash reconciliation, settlement process, and accounting for assigned clients and portfolios.

Collaborate with global Centres of Excellence, Client Operations, and Shared Service teams to ensure seamless processing adhering to fund policies and operational procedures.

Identify and escalate unusual or potentially suspicious transactions per corporate policies and communicate effectively with various teams and agent banks within strict market cut-offs.

Graduate degree required.

Experience in investment banking, cash operations, or settlements preferred.

Strong understanding of cash reconciliation, settlement processes, trade lifecycle, and related accounting (statements and ledgers).

Familiarity with payment systems like NOSTRO, SWIFT messages (MT202, MT103, MT910, MT940), and reconciliation tools such as Intellima is preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced in handling cash operation functions within investment banking or related financial services.

Comfortable working under pressure with good logical and escalation management skills.

Capable of coordinating with multiple internal and external teams globally to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
