Lead engineering teams responsible for architecting, implementing, delivering, and operating large-scale big data storage platforms and services across data centres and public clouds (AWS, GCP).

Recruit, mentor, and develop high-caliber engineers and technical leads while establishing best practices for CI/CD, code quality, and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (B.E./B.Tech) mandatory.
12+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in managing engineering teams.
Experience with distributed systems, NoSQL datastores, big data open source technologies (e.g., HBase, Hadoop, Kafka, Spark), and operating large-scale services on public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Proven experience in recruiting and building engineering teams and defining service level objectives (SLOs/SLAs).
