Provide production support for EDI integration using Sterling B2Bi, including monitoring systems, managing tickets from creation to closure, and ensuring SLA adherence.
Manage trading partner setups, EDI envelope configurations, and file transfer communication protocols such as AS2, VAN, and FTPS.
Execute and support testing (unit, system, integration, parallel), source control processes, and post-implementation validation to ensure proper data processing.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years experience in EDI integration with Sterling B2Bi translation software.
Experience in production support roles managing tickets via IBM and Service Now (Incident/change management).
Knowledge of EDI industry standards (ANSI X12, XML), and file transfer communication protocols including AS2 certificate renewals.
Work Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata / Noida / Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling end-to-end production support with ownership of SLA and ticket lifecycle management.
Technically proficient in EDI industry standards and secure file transfer protocols with practical troubleshooting in live environments.
Capable of performing testing and configuration management aligned to structured release and deployment methodologies.
