Own end-to-end execution of Trade Services processes including Settlement Matching, Fails Handling, Instructions, Registered Shares, Confirmations, Cancellations, Reconciliation, Transaction Reporting, and Trade Investigation.
Meet process SLAs, productivity and quality targets consistently, ensuring 100% completion of assigned work with required quality.
Maintain MIS reports and perform data analysis using reporting tools; participate actively in process improvements and training certification levels.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate or Post-Graduate degree mandatory.
0-2 years of relevant work experience.
German language proficiency Level 3 or above required for specific processes.
Computer literacy and good communication skills required.

Candidates with demonstrated ability to meet strict SLAs and quality standards in financial operations or trade services.
