About This Role

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and APIs using frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot.

Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and transactions using relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Participate in system design to improve scalability, performance, and reliability; troubleshoot production issues; mentor junior developers.

Minimum Requirements

6 to 8 years of work experience in software development.

Degree: BE/ME or B Tech/M Tech in Computer Science, MCS or MCA in Computer Science, or Supply Chain.

Proficiency in Java programming, strong Object-Oriented Programming skills, and experience writing SQL queries, procedures, and performance tuning with relational databases (preferably Oracle).

Ability and willingness to work from Pune office.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience in enterprise software development or consulting within supply chain management domain, especially in planning or forecasting.

Familiarity with enterprise integration protocols like SOAP, REST, and skills in building web interfaces using JavaScript and ReactJS.

Experience or exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization, along with curiosity towards emerging technologies including AI/ML.
