Coordinate defect triage and remediation, author test plans and traceability matrices, and enforce performance regression gates within continuous integration pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in functional, integration, and performance QA for enterprise web applications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on experience with load testing tools such as k6, JMeter, or Locust and proficiency in API testing tools like Postman.
Proficiency in SQL for test data setup and state verification; experience writing test plans and defect reports.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end QA processes including test design, execution, defect management, and performance testing in enterprise-scale web platforms.
Comfortable working closely with developers during build phases to validate features pre-release and integrating performance regression testing in CI/CD pipelines.
Familiar with scripting or debugging using browser dev tools and JavaScript, and ideally knowledgeable in security testing or audit evidence processes for regulated environments.
