About This Role
- Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance backend modules using modern C++ in a distributed global environment.
- Own performance tuning and optimization of backend systems to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide engineering team through code reviews and promote best engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in C++ development within Unix/Linux environments.
- Strong expertise in multithreading and system performance optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development toolchains.
- Work Location: Chennai office, onsite 5 days/week, working hours 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to lead backend system architecture and performance improvements in distributed teams.
- Proficient with advanced C++ features and libraries such as C++20, Boost, and STL.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and collaborative work with global engineering teams.
