Staff Software Engineer

Architect, design, and implement AI-Native software development initiatives impacting product quality and platform capabilities.

Own full software lifecycle: design, coding, testing, delivery, and automation of AI Cost Management and Software Asset Management features.

Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and quality engineers to define feature sets and improve performance and reliability.

8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong delivery track record.

Hands-on experience with analytical data stores (e.g., ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery) including schema design and query optimization.

Experience building and operating distributed data pipelines (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, Flink, Airflow).

Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar OO languages; experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) is mandatory.

Experienced in integrating AI-powered tools and workflows into software products and engineering processes.

Capable of designing for large-scale, high-volume analytical workloads, with a deep understanding of software quality, observability, and production readiness.

Able to lead by mentoring peers, drive engineering excellence, and deliver AI-focused product innovations in a collaborative environment.
