About This Role
- Design and implement scalable software solutions and lead end-to-end delivery of major features across multi-sprint projects.
- Own the operational health, architecture, and technical direction of critical systems including incident management and risk mitigation.
- Mentor junior engineers (IC1, IC2), drive engineering best practices, and facilitate cross-functional technical discussions influencing product and business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with increasing scope and complexity.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, system design, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in modern development practices (TDD/BDD, CI/CD) and cloud-native concepts with experience in scalable system design.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and ability to work tech stack agnostic.
