Data Engineer I - Transparency Data Operations

Build and operate end-to-end data pipelines for Transparency Data Operations to ensure accurate and timely disclosure of reportable interactions with healthcare providers and organizations globally.

Monitor and enhance data ingestion, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and delivery to maintain data quality, completeness, and compliance for regulatory reporting.

Collaborate with global teams including Legal, Compliance, and Technology to translate regulatory requirements into scalable, automated data solutions and support platform modernization initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data/Analytics or related field.

1-4 years of experience in data engineering, data operations, software development, or business intelligence.

Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, SQL, Python programming, data validation and reconciliation, and cloud solutions (AWS and Databricks preferred).

Work Experience Required: 1-4 years in relevant technical roles.

Experienced in managing complex, compliance-driven data pipelines with strong troubleshooting and automation skills using SQL and Python.

Comfortable working in cross-functional, regulated environments with a focus on operational rigor and continuous improvements.

Familiar with pharmaceutical or healthcare data operations, demonstrating ability to support production issues and regulatory reporting demands.
