Design, implement, and continuously improve features of a proprietary Identity and Access Management (IAM) system supporting global business operations at scale.
Develop reusable service components, libraries, and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services with focus on code quality and scalability.
Maintain, monitor, patch, and troubleshoot the IAM systems, guide and mentor team members, and support application teams integrating with IAM and related authentication modules.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, CIS, Software Engineering, or related area with 4 years of software engineering experience OR 6 years software engineering experience without degree.
Deep expertise in IAM concepts (Authentication, Authorization, SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, federation protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Proficiency with Java/J2EE/Spring and RESTful APIs, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Work Experience Required: Minimum 4-6 years depending on educational qualification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and maintaining large-scale microservices-based IAM platforms with emphasis on security and resilience.
Proficient in modern developer tooling including API documentation, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana).
Able to mentor others and operate collaboratively within high technical teams managing critical enterprise authentication infrastructure.
