Minimum Requirements
9+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure using tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, Harness, Jenkins.
5+ years experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with code quality, security, and compliance tools.
5+ years hands-on experience managing Artifactory for artifact repository and dependency management.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent; master's degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leveraging AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI solutions, to enhance developer velocity and automation.
Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-scale DevOps toolchain modernization and adoption of scalable deployment workflows.
Comfortable driving cross-functional collaboration around DevOps practices, developer experience metrics, and continuous improvement in an agile digital transformation environment.
