Manage and validate data sources and investor reporting for real estate funds across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas).
Collaborate with finance, asset managers, portfolio managers, and other teams to prepare fund performance summaries and presentations.
Lead, mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements, while managing stakeholder queries.
Minimum Requirements
7–10 years experience in commercial real estate with expertise in lease analysis, valuations, portfolio cashflow projections, Argus modeling, and report reviews across all asset types.
People management experience including conducting performance reviews.
MBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Location requirement: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a real estate investment environment.
Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills including DCF, IRR, NPV, and comfortable with advanced Excel use.
Familiar with global real estate fund reporting and stakeholder management in a collaborative, deadline-driven setting.
