Provide backend real estate support to onshore teams managing real estate investment funds including investor reporting, data management, portfolio and asset control, and transaction support.
Build, maintain, and validate primary and secondary data sources for commercial real estate assignments across multiple global regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas).
Prepare periodic investor reporting and polished presentations coordinating with multiple internal teams (finance, asset management, portfolio management, research, sustainability).
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate with proficiency in CRE processes including lease analysis, valuations, portfolio cashflow projections, Argus modeling, and appraisal review.
Strong Excel skills including advanced financial modeling; proficient in PowerPoint and Word.
MBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline (or equivalent education and experience).
Location requirement: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with real estate investment funds and comfortable supporting cross-regional portfolio reporting and analysis.
Quantitatively oriented with practical knowledge of DCF, IRR, NPV, Return on Equity, and Debt Returns calculations.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines in a professional environment.
