Sr. Analyst, Investment Modeling

Provide backend real estate support to onshore users managing real estate investment funds including investor reporting, data management, portfolio and asset control, and transaction support across multiple property types.

Build and maintain primary and secondary commercial real estate data sources and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reporting for funds across EMEA, APAC, and Americas.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, asset managers, portfolio managers, strategy, research, sustainability) to build fund performance summaries and deliver polished presentations with high accuracy.

3–4 years of experience in commercial real estate with proficiency in processes like lease analysis, tenancy schedules, valuations, portfolio cashflow projections, operating statements, loan abstraction, Argus modeling, and appraisal review across all asset types.

MBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline (or equivalent education and experience).

Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills, including financial modeling.

Location requirement: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Experienced in collaborating within teams supporting real estate investment funds with exposure to global stakeholders and multiple property asset classes.

Strong quantitative and analytical orientation with knowledge of DCF, IRR, NPV, Return on Equity, and Debt Returns.

Detail-oriented and organized individual capable of managing deadlines independently and coordinating across departments.
