Design, develop, unit test, and document complex software features across IVI and Cockpit domains following Agile and ASPICE guidelines.
Collaborate with Domain Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and engineering teams on software architecture, planning, and integration.
Guide team members on low-level design and test-case engineering, and conduct pre-integration testing with progress reporting to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
1 to 3 years of software development experience.
Working knowledge of Agile software development practices and ASPICE process guidelines.
Ability to design, develop, unit test, and document complex software features.
Role based in Bangalore with hybrid work environment (3 days onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in embedded software development for IVI and Cockpit automotive domains with understanding of software quality practices.
Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders including Domain Managers and Subject Matter Experts.
Able to mentor and guide junior team members through technical training, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
