Java Tech Lead - Vice President

Lead full-stack software development efforts with a focus on Java and cloud-native technologies within agile teams.

Own coding, design, and implementation of scalable, resilient enterprise applications following best practices and architectural standards.

Collaborate with technical leadership to define standards, influence architecture, and deliver sprint goals working cross-functionally with stakeholders.

At least 12 years of software engineering experience with minimum 5 years specifically in Java development.

Strong experience with cloud-native development, container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and microservices architectures including REST and GraphQL.

Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and frameworks such as Spring Boot.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Experienced in designing horizontally scalable, highly available, and low latency cloud applications with architecture expertise.

Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and guiding teams of 5+ developers in technical and process aspects.

Comfortable working at the intersection of development and architecture within agile, innovative enterprise environments.
