Own end-to-end software feature development including requirements, architecture, coding, testing, integration, and deployment for healthcare software.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Scrum teams to align user-story designs with architecture and product goals.
Support healthcare interoperability leveraging standards like DICOM and HL7; maintain performance, code quality, and architecture documentation.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in software development, design, and architecture with strong hands-on engineering.
Advanced C++ skills required, preferably C++20, including multithreading, IPC, design patterns, and unit testing with frameworks such as Google Test.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Work onsite at company facilities at least 3 days per week as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced individual contributor who takes full end-to-end ownership of software features from design to deployment.
Comfortable working in Agile/SAFe environments with CI/CD pipelines and AI-assisted development tools.
Strong domain expertise in healthcare software, particularly interoperability standards like DICOM and HL7.
