Manage end-to-end operational activities for structured finance portfolio, including transaction onboarding, pre-disbursement verification, and debt servicing.
Monitor compliance with covenants and conditions subsequent, maintaining registers and escalating issues as needed.
Coordinate financing facilities and provide regular exposure and P&L reporting to Credit, Treasury, and senior management.
Minimum Requirements
4–8 years of experience in structured trade finance, commodity finance, or lending portfolio management, preferably in middle office of commodity bank or trading house.
MBA in Finance required; undergraduate Engineering degree desirable.
Strong skills in interpreting legal agreements related to structured finance products and financial covenant monitoring.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with covenant monitoring solutions is an advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex structured finance or commodity finance portfolios with exposure to pre-export finance, prepayment, and ECA-backed facilities.
Detail-oriented with a strong control mindset to maintain process integrity and governance across transactions.
Able to liaise effectively with multiple internal teams and external counterparties across geographies to ensure operational risk management and timely financing execution.
