Source to Pay Business Process Expert

Own and govern the Source-to-Pay direct procurement process globally, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with strategic objectives.

Drive process design, improvement, and transformation initiatives to standardize and harmonize purchasing processes, improve user experience, and realize sustained benefits.

Manage stakeholder engagement and readiness for delivery, including transition management and change adoption across functions and geographies.

15+ years of relevant experience in complex, global organizations, preferably in Consumer Health or FMCG sectors.

Strong functional expertise in Material Planning processes including SAP Agreements, compliance with GxP rules, and Master Data management relevant to manufacturing.

Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP platforms is mandatory; S4 Hana implementation experience is a plus.

Experience in process mapping, process modelling software, analytics, automation technologies, and proven project management skills for process improvement initiatives.

Senior professional with deep domain expertise in Material Planning and Source-to-Pay processes within global supply chain environments.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and manage end-to-end process transformations and change management.

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with experience operating across multiple functions and geographies, driving governance and continuous improvement.
