Own Workday configuration and management to support Talent Development and Performance functions globally and locally.

Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of Workday system support and administration experience with strong exposure to Talent and Performance modules.
Strong hands-on Workday configuration skills including condition rules, calculated fields, report writing, and administration.
Experience supporting HR or Talent operations with sound understanding of HR processes and systems.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing Workday Talent and Performance modules with operational ownership of system integrity and release management.
Skilled in translating complex business requirements into functional Workday solutions while preserving global design and optimizing native capabilities.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR COEs and technology teams to support continuous improvement and adoption of new functionality.
