Sr Solution Architect

Lead functional consulting for supply chain solution implementations, including development of functional specifications and solution designs aligned with customer business objectives.

Drive faster deployments using agile methodologies, coordinate business diagnostics, process analysis, and support user acceptance testing and go-live phases.

Serve as liaison between project teams, Blue Yonder associates, and customer executives to ensure smooth integration and delivery while managing project risks and escalations.

12-14 years of hands-on experience as a functional consultant providing supply chain solutions; experience with Blue Yonder solutions preferred.

Experience with AI/ML algorithms in supply chain, proficiency in R and Python packages.

Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research preferred; combination of bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience acceptable.

Extensive travel required.

Strong expertise in supply chain functional consulting, with ability to independently execute end-to-end implementations focused on value delivery.

Experience with statistical algorithms and tactical supply chain planning, preferably with Blue Yonder or similar leading supply chain solutions (e.g., Oracle, SAP).

Capable of managing cross-functional stakeholder communications, including executive-level liaison and participation in workshops and conferences.
