3+ years experience in roles like Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, or Associate Project Manager with readiness to independently manage small projects.
Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint execution.
Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coordinating cross-functional software engineering teams within Agile frameworks and managing multiple concurrent Agile projects.
Comfortable independently owning small to mid-sized customer engagements with proven delivery and stakeholder communication skills.
Familiar with Agile metrics and continuous improvement practices; exposure to cloud technologies, AI, data, or application development projects is advantageous.
