About This Role
- Support Production Accountant by gathering, validating, and organizing production and finance data across multiple studio locations.
- Prepare revenue recognition calculations, tax credit claim documentation, and client invoices following established company policies and contract terms.
- Maintain and update project cost databases, assist with month-end/year-end close, and generate ad hoc and recurring financial reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, project accounting, audit or related area.
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally).
- Strong Excel skills and ability to handle data from multiple sources.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working remotely with managers in different time zones, including late evening/night shift schedules.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple simultaneous requests while following established processes and direction.
- Experience in project-based industries such as visual effects, animation, media, construction, engineering, or professional services is an advantage.
