Support Production Accountant by gathering and organizing data from production and finance systems for revenue recognition, tax credit claims, invoicing, and ad hoc reports.
Maintain accuracy of project cost and estimate databases, reconcile payroll and costs by project, and flag discrepancies.
Assist in month-end/year-end close activities related to project accounting and update tax credit tracking as projects evolve.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
4 to 7 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, project accounting, audit or related area.
Experience working with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally).
Ability to work late evening/night shifts in a global shift timing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced professional comfortable with structured, detail-oriented, recurring financial tasks under guidance and process.
Familiarity or experience with project-based industries such as visual effects, animation, media, construction, engineering or professional services.
Strong Excel skills and ability to integrate data from multiple sources, with preference for candidates with Power BI, SQL, NetSuite, or Autodesk ShotGrid experience.
