Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Own preparation and maintenance of monthly management reporting packages including KPI reporting, variance analysis, and plan versus actual comparisons.

Perform monthly actual-to-budget and actual-to-forecast analyses, identifying key business drivers and trends.

Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes, data reconciliation, financial assumption review, and improve reporting solutions through automation initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

2+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, financial modeling, management reporting, or similar analytical finance roles.

Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and SQL.

Experience working within a multinational or shared services environment preferred; familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle Hyperion is advantageous.

Experienced in global or regional finance teams supporting multinational environments.

Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and management reporting with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple countries and time zones to influence business decisions through financial insights.
