Own monthly management reporting and forecasting for FCM India covering Corporate and Meetings & Events business lines, including P&L analysis and variance commentary.
Partner with India leadership and commercial teams to deliver financial insights supporting business growth, profitability, and cost optimisation.
Drive process improvements and automation using advanced Excel, Power BI, AI tools while supporting budget, re-forecasting, and multi-entity regional/global financial consolidation.
Minimum Requirements
4–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering roles.
Professional finance qualification such as CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
Proficient in advanced Excel and financial reporting tools including SunSystems, Power BI, or similar.
Work Experience Required: 4–6 years in FP&A or related finance function; Location: Gurgaon, India.

Experience operating within high-volume transactional industries like travel or hospitality with multi-currency and global reporting exposure.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.
