Asst. Manager – Sales & Marketing.

Oversee and manage sales and marketing operations to achieve aggressive weekly targets aligned with corporate objectives in real estate.

Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans, manage budgets, and handle advertising, promotions, and social media activities.

Lead, motivate and guide the sales & marketing team, manage client and agent relationships locally and globally, and participate in recruitment and staff development.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or similar.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate / Property Development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Professional certification such as Professional Chartered Marketer (CIM) or equivalent is required.

Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory.

Experienced in strategic marketing and sales planning specifically within residential real estate development.

Demonstrates ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Skilled in client relationship management involving local and global stakeholders with hands-on leadership experience at managerial level.
