Provide backend support for real estate investment funds covering investor reporting, portfolio and asset control, data management, and transaction support across commercial property types.

Build, maintain, and validate primary and secondary data sources; extract data from public and benchmark sources relevant to real estate investments.

Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports for global real estate funds and deliver polished, accurate presentations to stakeholders.

4–7 years of experience in commercial real estate with proficiency in lease analysis, tenancy schedules, valuations, cashflow projections, loan abstraction, Argus modeling, and appraisal review across asset types.

Subject-matter-expert-level skills in real estate investment and direct client communication experience on real estate investment funds.

Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling), PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of DCF, IRR, NPV, Return on Equity, and Debt Returns required or ability to learn.

MBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline; on-site work location Hyderabad, Telangana.

Experienced in managing global real estate fund reporting and financial modeling across multiple asset classes including multifamily, retail, office, hotel, and industrial.

Strong quantitative orientation with ability to synthesize complex data into accurate fund performance summaries and investor presentations.

Comfortable collaborating across diverse teams such as finance, asset management, strategy, and sustainability to support fund performance and reporting.
