Provide backend real estate support to onshore teams managing real estate investment funds across EMEA, APAC, and Americas, including investor reporting and data management.
Build, maintain, and validate commercial real estate data sources and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports for various asset types.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, asset managers, portfolio managers, strategy, sustainability) to produce fund performance summaries and deliver polished presentations with high accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
3–4 years of experience in commercial real estate with proficiency in lease analysis, valuations, portfolio cashflow projections, Argus modeling, appraisal review across all asset types.
MBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline (or equivalent education and experience).
Proficient in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including financial modeling skills.
Job location is on-site in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working within real estate investment fund teams, familiar with processes such as investor reporting and portfolio management across multiple asset classes.
Strong quantitative skills with knowledge or ability to learn DCF, IRR, NPV, Return on Equity, and Debt Returns methodologies.
Operates with high attention to detail and accuracy, capable of working independently and cross-functionally to meet deadlines.
