Provide backend support for real estate investment funds including investor reporting, data management, portfolio and asset control, and transaction support.
Build, maintain, and validate primary and secondary data sources for commercial real estate assignments and prepare periodic investor reports across global regions.
Collaborate with finance, asset managers, portfolio managers, strategy, research, and sustainability teams to develop fund performance summaries and deliver polished presentations with high accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
3–4 years of experience in commercial real estate with proficiency in CRE processes like lease analysis, valuations, portfolio cashflow projections, Argus modeling, and appraisal review across all asset types.
MBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Strong Excel (including advanced), PowerPoint, and Word skills with financial modeling experience.
Location: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working on real estate investment funds supporting multiple global regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with understanding or ability to learn DCF, IRR, NPV, Return on Equity, and Debt Returns.
Ability to work independently under deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams including finance and asset management.
