Analyst, Investment Modeling

Provide backend real estate support for investment funds including investor reporting, data management, portfolio and asset control, and transaction support.

Build, maintain, and validate data sources and prepare fund performance summaries across multiple regions and property types.

Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to support processes and deliver polished presentations with high accuracy.

Minimum 1 year experience in commercial real estate with proficiency in lease analysis, valuations, portfolio cashflow projections, Argus modeling, and appraisal review.

MBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Strong Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Word, and financial modeling skills; quantitative understanding of DCF, IRR, NPV, Return on Equity, and Debt Returns.

Location: On-site Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Experience working within teams managing real estate investment funds with diverse asset classes (multifamily, retail, office, hotel, industrial).

Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and collaborate across finance, asset management, strategy, and sustainability functions.

Detail-oriented, organized with strong communication skills to deliver accurate reporting under deadlines.
