Provide backend real estate support for onshore teams managing real estate investment funds, including investor reporting and transaction support across all property types.
Build and validate primary and secondary data sources, prepare periodic investor reports spanning EMEA, APAC, and Americas.
Collaborate with multiple internal teams (finance, asset managers, portfolio managers, etc.) to build fund performance summaries and deliver high-quality presentations.
Minimum Requirements
3–4 years of commercial real estate experience with knowledge of CRE processes such as lease analysis, Argus modeling, valuations, and portfolio cashflow projections.
Proficient in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Word, and financial modeling skills; strong quantitative skills including understanding of DCF, IRR, NPV, and return metrics.
MBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline (or equivalent education and experience).
Location: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
