Provide functional leadership and operational oversight for Security Operations Center (SOC) activities including threat detection and incident response.
Lead high-severity incident responses, guide analysts, improve playbooks, detection content, and SOC processes and tooling.
Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders to strengthen security posture and track operational metrics supporting governance and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with focus on SOC operations, incident response, and detection engineering.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong expertise in SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR, incident response, threat detection, and security platforms.
Work Location: Bangalore, India; Willingness to travel up to 10%; Relocation eligible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in senior individual contributor, technical lead, or functional lead roles within a global SOC environment.
Proven ability to provide functional leadership, mentor SOC analysts, and lead cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives.
Familiarity with security frameworks, governance, compliance, and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or Microsoft SC-200/AZ-500 highly preferred.
