Lead engineering delivery of agentic AI solutions within GTM technology stack including Salesforce, Slack, and intelligent workflow automation.
Design and implement scalable AI architectures, LLM-powered workflows, autonomous agents, and AI-enhanced integrations with a focus on security, monitoring, and automation.
Mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, define AI engineering standards, and drive production readiness from prototype to production-grade systems.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a lead or principal role.
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript; hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLM-powered systems, and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or similar.
Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, integrations), vector databases, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), CI/CD tooling, and DevOps practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader capable of owning end-to-end AI solution delivery in enterprise GTM environments, especially leveraging AI-native platforms and agentic AI techniques.
Strong background in integrating AI systems with enterprise SaaS applications like Salesforce and Slack, with a mindset for automation-first and security-first AI engineering.
Demonstrated ability to mentor senior engineers, enforce engineering standards, and translate evolving AI/ML technologies into scalable, production-grade workflows.
