Officer - Group operations

Manage vessel vetting data and records including RightShip, Q88 questionnaires and follow-up on corrective actions until closure.

Support ship security activities including preparing Security Plans, providing guidance for high-risk areas, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with ship and security personnel.

Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, compliance status, and process documentation related to inspections and security compliance.

1–2 years experience in ship management support, vetting, maritime security or compliance; freshers keen to learn may be considered.

Master's degree in International Business or International Relations, or Bachelor's in Maritime Studies, Political Science or Business Administration.

Working knowledge of ISM and ISPS Codes, RightShip inspections, Q88, RCA and CAP processes.

Experience with MS Office 365, Power BI or similar tools; use of AI tools and data understanding preferred.

Experience in managing maritime vetting and ship security compliance processes including documentation and audits.

Ability to engage confidently with multiple stakeholders including ship staff, security providers, and regulatory authorities.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines, confidential information, and reporting requirements in a structured manner.
