Junior Executive - Branch Operations (Instarem India Pvt. Ltd.)

Manage and execute foreign currency cash delivery operations ensuring accurate, timely, and secure delivery for retail and corporate customers.

Coordinate with branch teams, cash vault, logistics, sales, and support to ensure smooth execution and compliance with forex regulations and internal policies.

Maintain cash custody, perform reconciliation, handle customer queries, ensure adherence to KYC/AML and regulatory requirements, and prepare operational reports.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, Banking preferred).

0-2 years experience in branch operations, banking operations, cash handling, customer service, or forex services preferred; fresh graduates considered.

Strong integrity and accountability in handling cash and customer transactions.

Work Experience Required: 0-2 years preferred; fresh graduates with strong numerical and customer handling skills may apply.

Detail-oriented individual with strong ownership and responsibility in cash and transaction management.

Experienced or willing to learn in a fast-paced, transaction-driven forex and banking environment with adherence to compliance.

Customer-focused professional able to coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders for operational success.
