Own accounting and monthly financial reporting for regulated European entities, including Board and statutory reporting, year-end statements, and group & statutory audits.
Manage ongoing commissions accruals, management fees booking, transfer pricing calculations, and balance sheet reconciliations with variance analysis and commentary to stakeholders.
Collaborate with global financial control, operations, and treasury teams to address queries, support internal reporting, drive process improvements, and assist in business planning aligned with CFO goals.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Accountant (CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Audit, or Assurance.
Strong experience with US GAAP month-end close and financial reporting including P&L and Balance Sheet analysis.
Experience in transfer pricing calculations and balance sheet reconciliations, preferably using ARCS, with variance investigation.
Location: Gurgaon / Gurugram; Work Experience Required: 4-6 years post qualification.

Experienced in financial controllership within regulated entities, especially European or Irish entities under US GAAP standards.
Proficient in detailed financial analysis, variance explanation, and preparing management commentary for P&L and Balance Sheet.
Capable of process improvement and cross-functional collaboration with global finance, operations, and treasury teams in a complex multinational setting.
