Collaborate with stakeholders to provide data solutions supporting strategic business decisions, including complex analysis and data profiling.
Lead development and maintenance of Vermilion Reporting Suite (VRS) reports and templates; oversee system administration and production support.
Guide developers, manage testing, issue resolution, change management, and ensure delivery of data reporting projects on-time and within cost estimates.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
7-10 years of relevant experience with 4+ years in Vermilion Reporting Suite (VRS) development.
6+ years experience in business and functional requirements elicitation and documentation.
Working in-office at least 3 days/week; timings 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong analytic skills with ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, and design effective data and report solutions.
Experience in end-to-end report development on Vermilion (VRS) and familiarity with dimensional data modeling and metadata management.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams with emphasis on process improvement and quality data delivery.
