Senior Manager - Planning & Forecasting Lead

Lead the full monthly and annual financial planning and forecasting cycle for multiple markets or a strategically important market within the Planning & Forecasting Hub.

Own P&L and sales performance reporting, price-volume analysis, and explain variances versus plan and forecast to support market guidance and resource allocation.

Coach and develop analysts, drive globally aligned ways of working, improve planning efficiency via digital tools and AI adoption, and build strong internal stakeholder relationships.

10 to 15 years of experience in planning and forecasting, including running full planning and forecasting cycles for multiple or key markets.

University degree in Finance or Business (or equivalent).

Professional accountancy qualification or equivalent experience.

Experience in coaching others and understanding of digital, AI, automation, and financial systems.

Experienced in handling complex financial planning cycles with accountability for delivering reliable and challenging forecasts across multiple markets.

Strong stakeholder management capability with ability to influence senior business leaders and navigate cross-functional environments.

Demonstrated analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making, digital fluency, and process improvement in financial planning.
